About Us

Pre-Order / Made-To-Order Policy

Montsera Collective is an eco-conscious fashion company offering made-to-order clothing for today’s women. Made-to-order means that we produce less and conserve more, operating with an environmentally friendly business model that also prioritizes customer choice.

Made-To-Order and Pre-order are handmade pieces that take between 30 and 50 calendar days to be made and delivered.

If you have any fitting requirements, email us at contact@montseracollective.com

Pre-ordering an item has pretty much the same process as buying one. Browse around our website and pick your favorite item.

If your order contains both pre-orders and stock items, we will ship the pre-orders separately. You will receive an order confirmation email, containing both in stock and pre-order items.

Please note that pre-orders are treated as a standard order and the payment will be taken from your account as a normal transaction.

Made-To-Order and Pre-order are not refundable.

Return/ Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a change is needed, thus we are committed to providing the best online purchasing experience for you.

Returns and the correspondent refunds are available for 10 days after receiving your order for STORE CREDIT.

With our main office being in Mexico, returns & exchanges imply a significant effort, both logistically and environmentally. So, remember that to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (including garment bags), tags included. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back.

Do keep in mind that refunds/exchanges do not include shipping fees.

Made-to-order and Pre-order items are non-refundable.

We do not offer returns/exchanges on orders placed outside of the U.S. or Mexico at this time.

– All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

– Montsera Collective will not accept any return shipments for payment upon receipt.

– Once we receive the returned product, we may refuse an exchange or return if your merchandise is found to be used, dirty, stained, or damaged.

To file for return or exchange follow these steps:

Send us an email to: contact@montseracollective.com within ten (10) days from product delivery including the following information:

– Full name

– Order number (found on the invoice and in the order confirmation email).

– Reference of the product that you are going to send.

– Reason (s) for the return or exchange

We will process your request within 8 business days. Once we issue the Return Authorization (RA) the customer must ship the products to Montsera Collective office. We will provide the shipping address in the email.

Once the items are received in our warehouse, our team will process the return or exchange within 5 business days.

Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email and the voucher will be valid for three (3) months effective from the day the voucher is approved and sent. This voucher must be used on products available during that period with no exceptions.

** Because each of our designs is handmade to order by skilled artisans, some irregularities in color and detailing may occur. These are part of the appeal of supporting handcrafted, slow fashion brands. However, if you feel you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately.
