Our SISAL dress is a handmade masterpiece. Woven in backstrap loom using the drawn thread technique. It features a brocade with a shape of the MOUNTAINS woven into the low V-neckline, as well as the WIND woven into the bottom

About your piece

Our SISAL dress is the result of collaboration with a talented group of 35 master weavers from San Juan Cancuc, a Tzeltal-speaking community located in the highlands of Chiapas mountains. Our artisans sustainably handcraft each piece without the use of electricity, pesticides or chemicals.

Composition + Care

75% cotton, 25% viscose
Gently handwash separately in cold water with gentle soap remove the excess water before hanging to dry, avoid direct sunlight when drying

Each piece is woven on a backstrap loom, which make each piece a unique one a kind garment. Color, details and measurements will vary slightly.

Fits those who are between a size XS- L

Width: 60 cm (23.5”) Length: 125 cm (49") plus fringe. With a braided cotton belt.

Shipping + Delivery

All deliveries are made via FedEx or DHL Express and may take between 3 to 7 business days. All pieces are shipped from Mexico.

FREE shipping within Mexico is available for all orders over $1,000 MXN, for orders under $1,000 MXN the flat fee is $150 MXN. FREE shipping to North America is offered for orders over $300 USD, for orders under $300 USD the flat fee is $25 USD.

For worldwide orders, we have a flat fee of $25 USD.
